Miron and his team were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job sanding and refinishing all of the exterior wood within our townhouse complex. The developer ended up using the wrong sealant when they finished the construction, and LAHC had to painstakingly grind off the old finish before applying the new one. The team was neat and tidy, and were extremely friendly and accomodating to the residents who occasionally had to ask them to move scaffolding or vehicles out of the way. I strongly recommend LAHC.

During the LA rains at the end of ‘21 our roof got a leak and after a few estimates it was clear that LA Home Construction would provide the best value and service. Miron ran the project and was responsive and helpful, there was even an issue with the paint drying and a patch needed. They came back and fixed it with no charge and they were prompt. Will be using them again!

The owner was very detailed and thorough with his follow-up even as I had not been as responsive due to my being busy. He knew this was important to me and my home and ensured he provided prompt and accurate information to me the first time. He was courteous enough to come out for a complimentary consultation and kept me updated every step of the way. Even after the job had been done, he followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work done. I own a property in Los Angeles, I needed a remodel for my new tenant.  I found LA Home Construction and spoke to Miron.  He was very professional and I felt very confident running my project while staying in New York. (I had my relative checking on the job). The remodel of the unit came up so nice ! We called Miron and his team to do some work for us on the exterior and interior of the home. They came out promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. They started work quickly and we were happy to add several other little projects right after each was completed. Cesar and his dad and his other team members worked well and were very friendly and polite. Only issues we had were sometimes delays in completion, some issues with the finishes of the work, and clean up at the end. Overall tho great guys and great team!
